Following a co-owner vote, the establishment of a local support fund was approved. The fund is intended to support community and environmental improvement initiatives in the surrounding area.

A government grant was approved to support the renovation of the property. The funds will be used specifically toward renovation-related works
MAY 2025UPDATE
Co-owner Site Visit & Community Engagement in Wakayama
Co-owners from around the world joined a three-day, two-night visit to the property and local community, engaging with residents and taking part in cultural and hands-on experiences. Key reflections were later shared with the wider co-owner group.

Architect Selected Through On-site & Online Proposal Session
The architect has been selected in collaboration with shareholders and local community members, through both on-site and online proposal sessions.
We held proposal sessions both on-site and online, inviting architects to share their ideas for the project. After reviewing the proposals together with shareholders and local community members, we selected the architect we will work with for the renovation.

SEPTEMBER 2024UPDATE
Government Grant Application Approved by Co-owner Vote
Following a co-owner vote, it was decided to apply for the Nohaku government grant through the Ohtagawa Ryuiki Kyogikai (太田川流域協議会). The grant is expected to cover approximately half of the renovation and architectural costs, although it will result in a revised renovation schedule.
AUGUST 2024UPDATE
Fundraising Completed & Share Allocation Finalized
Fundraising for PlanetDAO001 was successfully completed, and shares were officially allocated to co-owners on August 8.
There are no current milestones. We will update information here once it becomes available.
