Some properties also offer free accommodation for shareholders who own a certain number of shares. These financial benefits can be adjusted by proposals and voting through the DAO, ensuring flexibility and community-driven decisions.
Yes, once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will serve as your proof of investment.
If we do not reach the required number of co-owners, we will provide a full refund to all participants, minus the transfer commission fee.
