Phase II Fundraising Completed, Phase III Launched & Grant Application Preparation Started
Phase II fundraising was completed, and shares are scheduled to be allocated to Phase II co-owners on January 28. With this milestone reached, Phase III fundraising officially commenced. In parallel, we began preparing an application for the Farm Stay Promotion Grant, which, if approved, could support up to 50% of the renovation costs.
OCTOBER 2025UPDATE
Phase I Fundraising Completed & Phase II Launched
Phase I fundraising concluded on October 23, with shares allocated to Phase I co-owners on October 30. Phase II fundraising commenced on October 24 following the completion of Phase I.
MARCH 2026MILESTONE
Farm Stay Promotion Grant Application Result
The result of the Farm Stay Promotion Grant application is expected to be announced. This grant, if approved, may support up to 50% of the renovation costs and will help inform the next steps of the project.
