How “Supported by PlanetDAO” Works

What do investors pay for?

Security (company shares) of the PlanetDAO entity that owns the asset. E.g. PlanetDAO001

・Non-security model: Service or access rights provided by the Asset Owner or Project Operator
・Security model: Company shares of the Asset Owner or Project Operator

Ownership of the asset

・The asset is owned by a dedicated PlanetDAO entity (e.g., PlanetDAO KK) established for each project;
or
・PlanetDAO operates the property under a long-term lease agreement, in which case the asset is owned by the Asset Owner (who may also serve as the Project Operator).

The asset is owned by the Asset Owner (which may also act as the Project Operator). It is not owned by PlanetDAO; instead, PlanetDAO holds a long-term lease agreement for the property.

Financial ROI from business profits (accommodation, experiences, etc.), plus conditional usage rights.
Details vary by project/property.
