Content and Timing of Services

Our company provides a platform where supporters can make financial contributions to projects listed by project owners.
Accordingly, the service period we provide to project owners is from the start date to the end date of each project’s fundraising period.

Please note that we do not directly provide any products or services to supporters.
All rewards are offered directly by each project owner to the supporters, following the descriptions stated on each project page.

Refunds and Cancellations

Once a project has been published on this platform, it cannot, in principle, be withdrawn, nor can its fundraising period, target amount, or reward details be changed without our approval. However, if a project has not yet reached its target amount and the project owner determines that the project cannot proceed for unavoidable reasons before the fundraising deadline, the owner must promptly notify us.
Upon our approval, the project listing may then be terminated.

Please note that for any project successfully funded within the fundraising period, we do not accept any cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.
